RESTful Services Origins Allowed

Is Origins Allowed option in RESTful services working correctly?

I want limit access to only one domain but I am not getting any error when I am accessing to it from another domain.

Example: https://subdomain.domain.co.uk

Also if I set it on wrong domain (http://wrong.com) it works normally on correct domain.

Application Express version: 4.2.3.00.08

I have also try on apex.oracle.com and it is the same.
