I've been trying to setup a PUT Resource Handler and so far it's working great. However, when I try to use with an unexisting resource (such as the one on the screenshot at the bottom), I'm not getting an error code

I haven't change any parameters or bind variables and I wonder if either that's causing the issue, or something wrong on my PL/SQL query
I know Python is beyond the scope of this Community, but here's an example of what I'm trying to achieve
I based my PL/SQL query on the HR module example. Any help is deeply appreciated.
