Restarting a Job Scheduler.

My Job Backup_Dayly runs daily until one day restore the database and no longer runs, querying the object dba_scheduler_job_run_details, the field ACTUAL_START_DATE tells me: 01/09/09 13:46:36,984000000 America / Bogota.

How to restart a Job Scheduler?
