REST service are all failed after change to new oracleapex.com: The endpoint URL could not be invoked.

the REST services created on apex.oracle.com before the change and also new REST services created on oracleapex.com are all failed. the error message is below.

Here is the REST URL in APEX source.

https://oracleapex.com/ords/xxu/hr/empinfo/

can return REST data while access directly via browser

but when I create an APEX REST data source. It fails.
