REST API - <status>564</status>

Hi
In using the REST API I'm seeing a 564 status error messages in trying out things like uploading or downloading files.
What does a 564 error message mean as I can't find anything to explain to help explain. It doesn't appear as 404 error message and is not standard HTTP status that I can find.
Ideas?
