REST API for Miscellaneous Transaction Attachments

We are using REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM to create miscellaneous transactions from a third-party application. We are using this: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/inventoryStagedTransactions

Is there a resource for creating an attachment for these transactions?
