We are trying to download AP invoice attachments from Fusion using the polished REST service.

Above is the API documentation on how to use.
Couple of prior steps include getting the invoice and the invoice attachments, using below REST calls.
REST Invoice: https://**********.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/invoices?offset=0&limit=500&q=InvoiceNumber='3032803'
REST Attachments: https://***********.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com:443/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/invoices/432531/child/attachments
The above two REST calls came back with the response.
But the call to “Get File Contents” is returning “404 Not found”.
We made sure the user has access to invoice image from Payable → Invoices, went to Web Content server and downloaded the file using Content ID as well.
Below is the REST URL for File Contents we are trying based on the REST documentation:

Can you please help us on what is going wrong ?
