Recently we had an occurrence of Responsys sending out a large list of campaigns. The campaign was not triggered by anyone (intentionally at least) and sent duplicates of the email to several accounts resulting in 7M emails sent. We do not have this many emails in the test targeting list. We are confused and want to figure out how something like this could happen and if it is possible to view how a campaign was triggered (or who it was triggered by).
Just to note, this campaign was transactional, not set up to an API, set up in test with a test targeting list, and showed a campaign scheduler set to fire off the campaign but was not origionally included with the initial development. I know this situation is odd but I am lost and hope to hear some possibilities to what could have happened.
