Can someone help me understand why in an APP_CHANNEL_LIST table, CHANNEL_DELIVERABILITY_STATUS_ is not being updated to Undeliverable when Responsys receives a bounce event for an Android device?
Is there something we're missing or not understanding? At the moment we're not sure how best to handle filtering out Android devices that we know are bouncing and therefore I assume should be undeliverable and we shouldn't be targeting that device again?
Tactically, we're adding rules in Filters looking at Bounce events under "Push Interaction Attributes", however I don't believe this would be the best-in-class solution for handling this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
