resource usage report

Hi,

Is there an Oracle tool to collect statistics of all server resources(tablespace usage etc..) in an enterprise for all databases?

I would then generate a report to show the statistics(tablespace usage for each databases).

Can enterprise manager cloud 13c perform this task?
