Resource Plan Manager to restrict CPU for a database user

Dears,

Currently our database is running with default resource plan & default consumer group in which we have three groups/subgroups

ORA$AUTOTASK (group) → CPU1 1
OTHER_GROUPS (group) → CPU1 9
SYS_GROUP (group) → CPU1 90

We have one user called BTM. This user owner of jobs. We want to restrict this user by CPU to not to use unlimited. How can I proceed with it keeping the other groups not be affected by this restriction. Moreover there are multiple time windows already scheduled by default where there are different resource group are active at different time. Change should be affective across all scheduled windows of resource manager groups.
