Resizing undo tablespace ... but not reflected in the disk

Hi Kindly I am doing resizing to unod tablespace as following

ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE 'O:\DATAFILES\EPPROD\UNDOTBS01_1.DBF' RESIZE 1000M;

database altered

...
But the size of the file in the disk still not changed ... can you please advice?
