resizing Oracle Forms windows, scaling the contents relative to the window

Has anyone found a solution which allows a user to resize Oracle Forms windows? Our users are asking if this is a possibility, so that they could display 4 separate windows tiled across their screen simultaneously. The entire Form would still need to display, but the objects on the Form would get smaller or larger, scaling along with the relative window size. Since Forms doesn't inherently scale like this, have you heard of any solutions that provide this kind of change in appearance?
