user5310879May 23 2016 — edited Jun 5 2016

Hi,

This is my specification.

OS : Oracle Linux 6.5

XVDA : 100 GB

XVDB : 1 TB

OVM : 3.3

i have installed oracle database in there directory, agent and oem.

i want to resize my XVDB which i have mounted to /u01 directory from 750 GB to be 3 TB.

and i have 'resize step by step without losing data' which i have tested before, but i have not installed any oracle in there directory, just testfile.

1. how to resize my XVDB from 1TB to 3TB without losing data?

2. how to resize if my XVDB 3 TB to 6 TB without losing data?

i have searching on google, but i found nothing to solve it. help me please to resize my partition without losing any data.

i need your help so much guys.

Thank you,
