resize datafiles

hi
I have 4 datafiles in the same tablespace and which are 30gb each.But for each of the datafiles only 5 gb is used.
When I try to resize the datafile to smaller value, the following message returned:
ORA-03297: file contains used data beyond requested resize values.

If I shrink all tables can I make the datafiles smaller?
