Reset Password option greyed out

Hi there,

I need to be able to change my Oracle username from SQL Developer but the option is currently greyed out.

OS = Windows 32 & 64 bit
SQLDev = V3.0.0.2-02.83
DB = Oracle 10g
Instant Client = 10.2.0.3.0

In the user guide it mentions that the option will only be available if the OCI THICK driver is available. I've also seen that Sue mentioned that you don't have to select the OCI/THICK option.
How do I know if I have the OCI THICK driver and if it is available for SQL Developer?
