reset password in all pluggable DBs at once.

Dear DBA Friends,

DB version - 19.18

I am new to multitenant architecture.

I am a common user (C##user1), with DBA role (I don't have sys as sysdba privilege).

I like to reset my DB password in all 7 PDBs that are part of a CDB. Can I do this? or do I need to reset in each PDB separately?

If I can, what would be syntax looking like.
