Reset Page on submitting

Hi,

I've a form - when the data is saved (inserted) for the first time, the page is reseted.
I've checked all processes and cannot find the reason for it, as I've never activated the 'reset page' checkbox.

This does not happen when the data is updated.

Any suggestions?
