Is it possible to reserve an IP address in a specific region/country?
For example, that a "whois" lookup on the IP says that it's originating/located in a specific country.
Today when we reserve an IP address (from within a non-US/AU OCI region), a whois lookup says that it's an American/Australian IP address.
