Hello,
does anybody know how to configure Requisition/Purchase Orders Approval using Job Level Hierarchy and start approval at certain Job Level?
1. Customer Requires approval based on Job Level Hierarchy of the Requester starting at Job Level 8 (i.e. skip Job Levels from 1 to 7). How this simple requirement could be configured in application?
2. Additionally Customer requires to start at Job Level 8, 9 or 10 depending on if they exist in Requester Job Level Hiererachy and continue to next level. For example:
In case of the hierarchy
Requester -> ManagerA1(Job Level 1) -> ..... -> ManagerA8(Job Level 8) -> ManagerA11(Job Level 11)
document should be approved by ManagerA8 and then by ManagerA11
In case of the hierarchy
Requester -> ManagerB1(Job Level 1) -> ..... -> ManagerB9(Job Level 9) -> ManagerB11(Job Level 11)
document should be approved by ManagerB9 and then by ManagerB11
In case of the hierarchy
Requester -> ManagerC1(Job Level 1) -> ..... -> ManagerC10(Job Level 10) -> ManagerC11(Job Level 11)
document should be approved by ManagerC10 and then by ManagerC11
If any combination of managers at Job Levels 8, 9, 10 exist in the hierarchy then approval should start at Manager with highest of that three Job Levels and then continue to next level:
In case of the hierarchy
Requester -> ManagerD1(Job Level 1) -> ..... -> ManagerD8(Job Level 8) -> ManagerD9(Job Level 9) -> ManagerD11(Job Level 11)
document should be approved by ManagerD9 and then by ManagerD11
In case of the hierarchy
Requester -> ManagerE1(Job Level 1) -> ..... -> ManagerE8(Job Level 8) -> ManagerE10(Job Level 10) -> ManagerE11(Job Level 11)
or
Requester -> ManagerE1(Job Level 1) -> ..... -> ManagerE9(Job Level 9) -> ManagerE10(Job Level 10) -> ManagerE11(Job Level 11)
or
Requester -> ManagerEF1(Job Level 1) -> ..... -> ManagerE8(Job Level 8) -> ManagerE9(Job Level 9) -> ManagerE10(Job Level 10) -> ManagerE11(Job Level 11)
document should be approved by ManagerE10 and then by ManagerE11
Is it possible to configure document approvals in that way?
Thanks a lot
Regards
Petr
