Requirement specification for Oracle 9i database.

I had a query as to what are the software & hardware requirements for Oracle 9i. I know of 9i for Windows only at the moment, it requires around 10MB hard disk space & 256 RAM. So, similarly, I wanted to know for other platforms. I hope, my question is clear.

Please, help in solving the doubt.
