Require Unique id autopopulating in Oracle APEX form for every page open

Hi all,

I have a requirement in auto populating unique id at everytime page open or after submit button.

Sequence was created for this and i have enabled the sequence value for that item.

Usual logic is unique id generates at every insertion in table but i want the unique id to be populated in the oracle apex form which will be submitted
