Requesting help for MFA bypass-code with a free tier account

Hi,

I am currently unable login to my oracle free tier account after not setting up 2FA and thus having no bypass-code or authenticator-app. I really need the that's data stored in the cloud.

I was referred here by the chat support. I hope someone here can help me.
