Requesting assistance with Oracle BIP benefits queries. Facing issues with retrieving employee record

1- we have 2 different queries written for Open Enrollments and New Hire, Unrestricted & Other Life events .
2- we want employee records to be pulled when employee finally clicks "submit" on their life events .
3- we want to consider records when employee has changed their benefits amount for the respective life event and 4- code should also pick up record when employee changes only the percentages of the amount divided among them and their dependents/beneficiary .
5-we want to reject blank submits

kindly help us with SQL queries or help us to identify columns and tables which gets populated with certain values on these events .
