Dear Oracle Certification Support Team,
I respectfully request your consideration to reschedule my exams due to technical issues beyond my control, which caused my unintentional "no show" status for the following exams:
- Exam 1Z0-1127-25: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2025 Generative AI Professional (Scheduled for October 09, 2025)
- Exam 1Z0-184-25: Oracle AI Vector Search Professional (Scheduled for October 31, 2025)
Genuine Reasons for No Show:
On the scheduled dates and times, I made multiple earnest attempts to join the exams. However, I was unable to enter the exam environment after repeatedly receiving the error:
“Something went wrong. Please contact Oracle Support.”
My environment and actions were as follows:
- Operating System: Windows 11
- Browsers Tried: Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome on respective dates
- Internet: High-speed, stable Wi-Fi connection
- VPN: Not used at any time
- I followed all Oracle test environment guidelines, performed all recommended troubleshooting (clearing cache, using compatible browsers, verifying system requirements), and attempted to check in early.
- Despite these efforts, the technical platform did not allow me to proceed to the exam.
I have included any relevant Service Request (SR) references in this ticket, and these issues have severely impacted my ability to take the certification as planned.
Request:
Given that my absence was fully due to Oracle’s technical issues and not due to my own actions or negligence, I request that my forfeited attempts for both exams be credited back or that I be allowed to reschedule at the earliest opportunity without additional charges.
I respectfully appeal for your understanding and prompt assistance so I may continue my Oracle certification journey. Thank you for your consideration.
