Hello,
I have an OCI Free Tier account with EU-MADRID-1 as the home region. Currently the region has no compute capacity available and I am unable to create any Always Free instances.
However, since my Free Tier tenancy only supports one subscribed region, I cannot enable another region (such as EU-FRANKFURT-1) myself.
Could a moderator please enable EU-FRANKFURT-1 (or alternatively EU-AMSTERDAM-1) for my tenancy?
