Request to add Out-of-Box REST IWS's for Master Syncs and Usage Transaction Requests

Some clients prefer to use REST inbound web services instead of SOAP to communicate with MSCS. Currently, Oracle only supplies a SOAP web service for certain inbound web services. We would like it if there were out-of-box REST inbound web services for the following IWS's:

D1-SyncRequestInboundContact
D1-SyncRequestInboundDevice
D1-SyncRequestInboundInstallEvent
D1-SyncRequestInboundSP
D2-SyncRequestInboundUS
D2-UsageTransactionRequestInbound
D1-InitialLoadIMD
