Base product currently does not have any functionality available to present an alert if customers are on Budget/what type of budget/budget billed amount. This information is usually universally useful to CSR when interacting with a customer.
The current C2M/CCS capabilities require the user to navigate to the Account page and click on the Budget page to view the accounts current enrollment status. This can become cumbersome and time consuming as CSRs would have to do this for every interaction or investigation during their work day.
The legacy system that the customer is moving to CCS from currently presents the Budget enrollment status, Budget Plan Type and Budget billed amount.
