Request for Access Recovery – Workspace XXXX (Oracle APEX Free Service)

Could someone help me identify the channel to see if it's possible to recover it?

Dear Oracle APEX Support Team,
My name is William Alberto Tamayo Vélez, and I am requesting assistance to regain access to my Workspace named XXXXX.
When attempting to reset my password, the system reports that the combination of Workspace name and email address is not valid. However, I have confirmed that the Workspace does exist, and the email address william.tamayo.velez@gmail.com is the only one I have ever used for this environment.
I would also like to clarify that although this Workspace has limited activity, I regularly access it to keep it active, as I am currently working in a paid Workspace where I am migrating part of the data model originally developed in XXXXX.
At this point, I am unable to log in or reset the password, and it seems the email address may no longer be associated with the administrator account.
I kindly request your assistance to:
– Verify the email associated with the Workspace
– Reassign the administrator email if necessary
– Or provide any available method to restore access
I am fully available to provide any additional information needed to validate my identity.
