Representing Double Space

Hello,
i'm trying to read a text file into an oracel table. I'm having issues with this statement FIELDS TERMINATED BY ' '
The fields are separated by 2 spaces. How ever Oracle is not recognizing ' ' or " " as double space. It is treating as one space thus shifting all coulmns.

How can I represent double space to Oracle ?
