Repository metadata broken for Oracle Linux 9 Addons

The repository metadata is broken because of a XML issue.
The following file is affected:
https://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL9/addons/x86_64/repodata/0c7e5c59c2dee57eff11a86700c4133ebdba79ac-updateinfo.xml.gz Even the browser is not able to handle the XML properly:
