Reports Server Returns ID 0 (zero)

Forms and Reports 12c running on separate Linux VM

Calling a report with a URL works.

When called from Forms using the GENERIC_REPORT_OBJECT the RUN_REPORT_OBJECT returns the RWserverName_0

This was working, but someone patched or "fixed" something...

Ideas ?
