Reports JSP Error " REP-51002: Bind to Reports Server reportserver fail"??

Why I follow the online tutorial to create my JSP report using JDeveloper but it still give me the " REP-51002: Bind to Reports Server myreportserver fail" Can u guys tell me what is the problem, what is the default reports server names and go where the set the reports server??
