Reports Erroer Out with REP-3000

Hi I'm getting error while running report (rwrun60) on HP -UX after we migrated from Dev6.0 to Dev6i.
The report(rwrun60) is running thru a shell script which is using command line arguuments to run. The output file is a PDF. The shell script is called from the form. When i tried to run the shell script alone and from the
form, it gives the error (REP-3000 Tool Kit Error). This is happening after we
migrated from Developer 6.0 to Developer 6i.
Note :It is running fine on X server.
But we don't want it to run thru X server as we never used to do that
before(Developer 6.0). We were able to run the report without the X server
before migrating to Developer 6i.
I even checked the $DISPLAY variable and it looks fine.
