Reports 12c Weblogic version

i see that forms and reports is associated with Oracle WebLogic Server "FMW Infrastructure 12c" (12.2.1.1)

We have an existing weblogic 12.1.3 instance that we would like to use to host a 12c reports server - is that possible to install reports on top of an existing 12.1.3 WL instance?

i'm finding the forms and reports 12 install quite confusing...
