[Reports 10g]Page: landscape, portrait, format, units

Hi
I can't set the units to centimeters and the orientation to landscape in the layout screen.
I keep seeing a portrait black grid of 8,5 x 11 inches.
Is it within Report Builder that I can change these settings or in a "reportsweb.cfg" file
like in forms?
