Hi,

I want to create a form and report that are interrelated like we create it using 'Report with Form on Table' selection during 'Create page'.

But I want the data in the report to come from 2 different tables (lets say X and Y) as well as the data submitted in the form should be such that few values have to be inserted to X table and few other have to be inserted to Y table.

Can anyone suggest how to implement that?
