Dear All,
Recently, we are having the M3700 Report Viewer hang regularly, this issue was happen every 7 days, 10 days and more until I restart the Windows IIS World Wide Web Publishing Service (W3SVC) or restart the M3700 server.
I have just had the issue again even just restarted the M3700 server 1 day ago as attached. Could you please advise how can I fix this and how can we know when the issue happen in advance?
