Report prints out smaller in size and partly cut off

The user requires the report output to print on pre printed forms. The report layout has been designed as per their dimensions
using the rulers provided by Report Builder 9i (Tools>Options>Rulers) as reference.

But the output from the printer is partly cut off and also smaller in size.


The settings are Potrait, 8.5 x 11, number of character cells = 80 x 66
