Report output to SFTP

I know that there is an FTP plug-able destination for oracle reports output and one can actually download the plugin from here: Oracle Reports - Plugin Exchange

But does anyone know if this destination is SFTP (SSH FTP or Secure FTP)? or if this is even supported?

Our Oracle developer suite version is 10g (9.0.4)
