I hope I'm asking this in the correct place and I have never used PeopleSoft.
I have been working on a report me my manager, it tracks Disabled Active Directory User accounts against the users HR details provided in the form of excel export from PeopleSoft as I understand it, now the scope has grown and it now needs to include the director of the department for each employee.
Currently the report is generated by a PowerShell script that queries AD and applies some logic and filtering then outputs the results to csv for use via excel. Currently the source is an export csv from PeopleSoft. so I could pull the data I need directly from PeopleSoft, this would provide a solution I can automate.
How do I go about extracting a list of employees that have left the company an how would I get their Department Director ?
