Report in OLT runs even after OLT Services restart.

The actions performed(like switching to Report Tab, Active Session tab) in OLT Portal stopped responding. The log reported has the following error :

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space.
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

I restarted the OLT Server and OLT Services. Login to OLT Portal was successful. However in the Report Tab I still see Duration keeps changing even though there are no active session running. How to display the End Time for the failed run. How to stop the Duration changing.

Oracle support documents are available to paying customers through the support portal: support.oracle.com

If you are not a paying customer then I'm afraid you won't have access to the document, and it is a breach of any customer's agreement with Oracle to supply such support documents to others.
