Report- form

I've build a report that show a questionnaire (the data are located in 3 different tables (description, question and answers), each table have a primary key the QUESTIONNAIRE ID) if I build a query in report builder I've a report with all the questionnaires. I want to select the QUESTIONNAIRE ID from the form so to have a report that display only the selected questionnaire. I've tried to create a bind parameter in the query QUESTIONNAIRE _ID = :var.
How can I put a value into var from the report? Is this the right procedure? thx
