Report for previous Hour

Hi experts,

I have a requirement for producing an Hourly report and it would just include information for the previous hour.

i.e. if the report is run on 1400 hrs then it should contain the count of orders raised and despatched for 1300 hrs.

How can I select just the previous hour ??
