Report column with Select list menu for links

Hello,

I have a report that has a number of columns that are links to other pages using the standard apex column link functionality.

My problem is, this report has 5 link columns (delete project, edit project, view project details, etc...). I would love to be able to combine all of these links into one column using some sort of dhtml dropdown menu or even a select list with submit.

I've been trying to figure this out with no success. Has anyone done anything like this before?
