Report Builder 6i & 10g crashes

Hi,

I have installed both Report Builders 6i and 10g. When I try to open just the builder (Did not create or open any report) both of them are crashed after few

seconds. Moreover, I also could not see any Icons in the Tool bars in the reppot builder when the Report is open for that few seconds.
I am opening one at a time.

My machine is Windows XP. I am also getting alrerts saying that Service Pack 3 is missing in the OS and need isntallation. How ever I have ignored that.
Does it causes any issue to Builder.

Any pointers are helpful.
