I am using Oracle 6i and 10g database. Sometimes when attempting invoice printing report, system is hanging with a message report background engine has stopped working.
Will you please help me how to solve this issues?
The OS I am using is windows 7, 8 and 10.
My laptop with windows 8 and ram 8gb report is working perfectly. But in some clients machine, report is hanging with the message background engine stopped working.
Please help me.
