Replication from Oracle 9i to Oracle 11g databases

All,
I've found it difficult to find any materials on the above topic hence my having to put it up here.

Is it possible to replicate tables from an Oracle9i database to an Oracle 11g database? If yes, would I have to use AQ or Streams.
