Replicat Service not starting

Hi,

I have installed GG as simple report configuration with pump extract.

I have started Extract & Pump extract in source machine both was starting successful.

but when i am trying to start Replicat process it is not starting and there by failing Pump extract process

no error file generated for Replicat process. please find the log from Pump extract process below.

Could you please help me in this ?
