here i want to replace the comma between QUOTE to '#', but my pattern is not working...
could somebody please help me?
SELECT
REGEXP_REPLACE('Mike "JOHN,KELLY" Marc',
'"[^,]*(,)[^,]*"', '#',1,1) AS RESULT
FROM dual;
